Rushed?

Does anyone else feel rushed to nurse their baby if they have visitors over or if you are a guest in someone's house?

No. I am certain the guests know baby comes first. She's my number one priority, and people will respect it if you make it your priority.  :)

I didn't invite anyone over for a couple months. Dealing with learning to breastfeed and healing from labor was enough for me.

Yes.. mostly the in laws. But I'm sorry, imgoing to nurse as long as I can and as baby wants. They have to understand.. they wanted us there so expect not to be holding baby all day if she's going to eat. It's annoying to think they assume they're going to be holding her all damn day. Sometimes she doesn't even last 1 hour without wanting to eat so 🤷🏻‍♀️

I normally rush my visitors out to nurse or I just leave them and nurse my son. Maybe you should try that approach say, "hey visitor, it's time for my child's meal and nap. Thanks for visiting, we'll see you next time." And show them to the door.
