Hi everyone,

I recently got a vvv faint positive one evening about 10dpo... later I started bleeding bright red blood which didn't last long, I thought it could be implantation or my period coming early... the next day I just had brown stuff coming out for the next couple of days, today I woke up and was in agony with lower abdominal cramps, I never get it this bad when on a period, it had me curled up! I took paracetamol and carried on as I could... about an hour or two i started bleeding with clots 😞 I read up online and I have had a lot of the symptoms of miscarriage... do I need to inform my doctor or do I just let nature take its course?
