Bleeding first trimester

I am 5 days late for my period. I had a couple of positive preg tests (all have faint lines). I have been having light cramping since I ovulated (aug 15) but not painful. A couple of days before my expected period (Aug 30th), I was having more abdominal cramp but not painful at all. Today (Sept 3rd-4.5 weeks pregnant)I have bleeding and some light cramp,mostly on my lower left abdomen. Blood is bright red but small amount. Am I having a miscarriage? I don't see any clot in my bleeding, no painful cramp or other abnormal symptom. Anyone experiencing same as me????
