A question from my sister

So she has been having some itchiness from the inside of her vulva but with no discharge nor odor, but with a little of some clear discharge... can this be a yeast infection, or?....

SN: She went to the ER because she was in pain in her lower back and pelvis... was diagnosed with a Cyst in her ovary, and they just prescribed her with Motrin and to follow up with her OBGYN but never did, because she didn't have the pain no longer.
