Subchronic hemorrhage??

For those who have experienced a subchronic hemorrhage did you experience anything like this? I have been bleeding like this most of the day today. I have not been cramping today. I did experience period like cramps on Friday with brown spotting and a small amount of red blood. I have been wearing a panty liner since Friday and have yet to see anything like this on my liner. This is only when I wipe. I do plan to call my doctor first thing on Tuesday morning (being that tomorrow is a holiday).
