First follicles!

I did my first round of Femara this cycle and went Friday (CD 12) for my first follicle check. I had 5, all around 12mm, 2 right 3 left. Went back today (CD 14) and the right had 'petered out' but left had 4- 17, 16, and 2 14s. She told me to wait till Tuesday morning to trigger (CD 16). My cycles run long (30-32 days), so I guess that's why the follicles were small and not ready to trigger? Is this common for long cycles? I just need some reassurance and positive vibes! I really want this to be the first and only round!
