Can't feed my baby ๐Ÿ˜”

My baby is 4 weeks and 1 day. I'm making less milk, and I can't pump because she gets hungry anywhere from every 10 minutes, to every 4 hours. I do have some stored in the freezer though, which she used to drink just fine, then all of a sudden she refuses to now. When she's nursing, she gets so upset about the slow flow, that she'll just stop and cry. She's fine in the morning when the flow is fast, but after 5 minutes when it slows down again, she'll get upset again. How do I increase my production? This is the 2nd time today that she fell asleep hungry. I even tried pumping to feed her from a bottle, where the flow would be a little faster, but by the time I finished pumping 1.5 oz after 10-15 minutes, she was already asleep and wouldn't eat it. So I refrigerated it, and an hour later she was hungry, so I warmed it, and she wouldn't eat it.
