My son is sleeping way too much and I can't get him to wake up for feedings. Now my breasts are engorged and literally pouring milk and soaking me and everything near me but my nipples are too heavy and big for him to get a good latch when he finally does wake up so he just screams until he falls asleep again. It's been 8 hours since I had a successful feeding session with him. Is this normal for day four? I'm getting stressed out. I know babies have tiny tummies but he just sleeps so deep I can't imagine he's getting enough.
