I guess it doesn't look crazy, but basically went from 138 to 128 (5'6) & FEEL amazing. To the right is the month I went vegan in 2016, to the left is now 🐱

I feel like the biggest difference post-vegan is my cholesterol-- I went plant-based to address my hereditarily awful LDL numbers. I did slim down a bit but mostly I just FEEL so much cleaner and more energetic. 
Here's a before/after with the same dress, taken about 6 months apart and also before I got pregnant (currently 39 weeks, so not exactly feeling tiny at the moment, haha).
