Hi Everyone, this is my first cycle with my RE. He had me take Lethrozole (Femera) 5mg CD 4-8, he triggered me on CD 10 with two follicles (20mm and 17.5mm) followed by timed intercourse. My cycle is usually 26/27 days long. We're now in the waiting game...

My husband and I have unexplained infertility, I ovulate every month without fail so our goal was to produce 2-3 follicles.

I'm so new to all this, I'd love to hear your experiences with similar therapies. How many of you are pregnant now?
