Hi!

I am here to ask if is it possible for me to send my boyfriend a care package from the US base to a ship? (He is underway) I do not have the US Base Brown ID. I can go to base because I work there but I have no power to buy stuff at the NEX and Commissary.

I haven't been in the Post Office so I am not sure if they're going to ask for an ID. If they do, I won't be able to send a care package for my boyfriend.

If so, I would try the local post office here in the country. Would like to know how long would it take before he gets the package.

Lastly, what are best stuff you can suggest for a care package?
