Where is the option for no? I personally think they are kinda silly. Plus, I always wanted to be surprised at birth but, it always got ruined!

We went to an ultrasound place when I was 15 weeks and brought close family and we all went in the room together and found out the gender all at once, it was fun and special.

These parties are meant to determine the sex of the baby, not the gender. Sex is the biological identifier of male or female while gender is the stereotypical role that society places on a body with certain genitalia  pertaining to either a male or female

I think it might be cool to do at the baby shower.  Ask everyone to get gender neutral stuff then do it in some cute way like a cake or party favors.  I don't think I'd have a whole separate party for it though.  Maybe do a dinner thing with the grandparents only.

Don't mind my face 😂 but we did one! We actually paid for a company to come do the ultrasound right in the living room and everyone got to see the baby (covered the screen to determine the gender)

Nope.  Didn't find out sex before birth.

I personally don't like gender reveal  parties. I won't be doing them when I'm pregnant. I'd like to be surprised for at least one child at birth and if I do find out or I'd like to just tell people myself. They're really not my thing.
