Yes. Whether you're together or not, you still need consent before having sex with someone. I would feel extremely violated if. You boyfriend just decided to penetrate me while I was asleep. For some people, it really turns them on so they'll say to their partner to wake them up with sex or something. It's okay if previously agreed upon by the couple. But if you see your partner is asleep and you just want to get off real quick, you need their permission to do that.
