Contradicting pregnancy tests

So I bought a pack of first response early pregnancy tests yesterday that include a digital test and one with lines. I took the one with lines first and there is a very faint double line! So I took the digital just to confirm and it says no... I'm not sure what to think!?! Has anyone had this happen before?

I have PCOS so my periods are irregular but we decided to start trying for a second baby about 2 months ago. I actually decided to take a test because I had a little lactation from one of my breasts 😳
