How to make car seat comfortable for small baby?

Our baby girl is only 6 pounds or maybe close to that weight. She was born at 38 weeks and 2 days. She's a small baby in length as well. 
Does anyone know how I can make her car seat more comfortable for her?
I bought these soft little pads that go on the straps for her neck but even with that her head falls forward when we're in the car or anywhere and sideways as well (less now with the strap things).
She's so small she doesn't fit into newborn so she wear preemie clothes. 
Someone help😞
I'm a first time mommy and I hate seeing her so uncomfortable in her car seat.

I think they make smaller head rest inserts for preemie babies if not maybe try just getting a second one and putting it inside the one you have now. Like this👇🏼

Maybe a headrest thing so her head can't fall over side to side.

Roll up receiving blankets (the thin flannel ones) and place them on both sides of baby's head :)

I ordered this for my daughter. She is on the smaller side. The head piece comes off also, if you want that option. Google it.. I think stores might have it! I just use Amazon because I'm lazy and love online shopping 💕

I would get something like this (obviously whatever design you like) but we used them for our first child and it made it so much easier

Just a reminder most of these products are after market ones which void the warranty of your car seat and can cause harm to the child. If it did not come with the seat do not use it in it. The only safe alternative is rolled up receiving blankets beside the head.

I just want to mention that although we want to make things comfortable for our babies, we need to make them safe. It is not recommended to add anything to a car seat that the car seat didn't come with particularly when under baby or straps, on the straps, etc. So no adding those head rests, strap covers or blankets that go underneath baby. I would've found a car seat that came with a head rest and strap covers... my graco one did. As a last resort you can take a thin receiving blanket and roll it to put beside baby but do not let it interfere with how tight the straps can get. Please do more research regarding car seat safety.
