Friday was supposed to be a happy day, I went in for my 2nd sono, the first sono was 2 1/2 weeks ago thinking it was to early to hear the heart beat. Friday came along and I could tell the sono lady was trying to keep me distracted. as soon as she was done with measuring I asked did it grow and her response was "oh I'm sorry I didn't see what your previous measurements were" but yet she had done our sono last time... after going down stairs to the doctors office my husband was trying to keep me positive but I knew. The doctor came in and gave me the worst news, my baby stopped growing. I should have been almost 8 weeks but my empty gestational sac was measuring 6 weeks. To speed this along we felt the worst possible way ever, our hearts broken into a million pieces after trying for over a year. Dealing with assisted fertility, clomid didn't work then femara finally made me ovulate. Then to find out your pregnant to have it all taken away just like that. Anyways off topic, I have to take Misoprostol to help induce my miscarriage, I'll insert 3 tabs vaginal then supposedly it will do the trick, was told I would also get Tylenol with codeine but when I went to the pharmacy it was ibuprofen 600mg, she gave me the choice of a D&C; but she said I would have to wait longer to try again vs a natural miscarriage. Any advise on what I will feel, how long it will take, is it painful? Please send advise.
