(First time mom here) I am 6 weeks & 2 days pp and I started my period yesterday 😭. I wasn't expecting it back so soon especially since I am breastfeeding and pumping. I read that having your period back can cause your milk supply to be lower and now I'm freaking out. I have my 6 week appointment tomorrow with my obgyn so I'm going to ask her about it. Has anyone had a lower supply after the dreaded aunt flow has returned or did she not return while breastfeeding??
