Vitamin D
My dr gave me a sample of the enfamil vitamin d drops to give to my son. I used them all and bought more. But when I bought them, I decided to taste them... they are disgusting!
So I'm going to take vitamin d myself instead.
I've read that lactating mother's need to only take 600 iu daily. But I've also read that we should take 6400 iu daily. The vitamin d I bought are 1000 iu per serving. Since it's a holiday weekend, the dr is unavailable. Does anyone know how much I should be taking daily to ensure that my little man is getting what he needs also?
