Anxiety attacks
Today I had my third full blown anxiety attack this month! I had been doing good for over a year, no medications, no shaking, no trouble breathing, minimal insomnia. But today it happened while at work, my husband was working and my mom wasn't answering her phone. I finally figured it out and calmed myself down and my mom called back and brought me some food and I took my medication. I really hate this feeling of my body betraying me like this. Do any of you deal with this? What do you do to help cope?
