I was on BC for about 15 years non stop... a long time, I know! I got off in June 2016 and I haven't had a "normal" cycle since. Although my "period" has come on like clockwork the last three months (28, 32, 31 days), it has only been spotting for about 3-4 days each time. I've had the regular cramping and headaches like I usually would have while on BC before AF BUT I'm still just having spotting... no actual blood during my "period" for the last three cycles!

I've taken HPTs...all negative 😔 I track Ovulation, and my test likes get darker, but I'm not sure if they are actually dark enough to truly say I'm ovulating.

Has anyone else experienced this!?!? TIA for responding! 😉
