Left ovary pain? 😭

Ended my period the 27th. I am still getting no lh surge so not really sure when ovulation will happen. My left ovary has been hurting on and off but it seems to be getting worse. Not sure what to think I had a c section a year ago and we have been trying for 9 months. Anyone??
