Anyone know what this could be? It's a red scaly patch behind both of my 6 month old's knees and on the crease around his ankles. I've been putting baby Aquaphor on it and it seemed to help a little, but won't go away. I thought it was a heat rash at first, but it's more dry. I'll be calling the pediatrician about it tomorrow, but wanted to see if you all had any advice first.

UPDATE: I took my baby to the pediatrician this afternoon, and she said it was in fact eczema. She recommended to switch all soap and lotion to the Aveeno unscented, moisturizer his body twice daily, and apply 1% hydrocortisone cream to the eczema patches twice daily.
