weird perido
So i have a question, my period is usually around the 24th to the 27th. August i didnt start until the 31st and it was only one day. it was also a weird period because i didnt really bleed it was just spotting and it was a brownish color? im a powerlifter so could that be a why my period is off and not normal?? Just lookin for some input, Thank you!
