My 10 month old is been having a runny nose all day today but no fever at all just sneezing.. Is there anything I can give him ???

Clean his boogers out with a nose frida or something similar. You may also want to run a humidifier in his room. If his nose gets stuffy you can use saline drops. If he gets a fever babies can have Tylenol but the dose depends on weight so you may want to call your pediatrician or at least google the appropriate dosage
