I am so confused last month I didn't have a period...even 4 days into September still nothing.

My cycles are pretty regular as AF was schedule to show Aug 10th and did not.

I have taken 7 tests which all came out Negative. (2 not pictured below)

I've have had unusual symptoms that I don't get during my cycle like nausea, heart burn, cramping and one day of spotting. I feel in my soul that I am pregnant but the tests are so confusing me.

The 8/24 Test below looks positive but the other two were taken a week later and are negative so idk..

Has anyone else found out they were pregnant after getting negatives?

Would any medical condition cause this?
