Lower right abdominal pain

So I am just over 9 weeks pregnant and today I'm experience a type of pulling pain in my lower right abdomen, it bothers me the most when I am laying on that side, pressing on it a bit, or taking a deep breath. Does anyone know what this is !? Should I be worried ??
