Bloody nose and back pain.
So my new normal has been painful back pain and regular bloody nose. Not sure why the bloody nose, my house is not humid nor is it awfully dry like the summer. I'm sleeping with a body pillow to try and alleviate the back pain but no relief unless I sleep on my back. Any suggestions ?
