Acne acne acne everywhere!

This is my second pregnancy and that's why I'm confused about what's going on with my skin. First pregnancy I had acne but around my chin and okey hormonal acne is usually around the chin so yea i didn't question it. It lasted up to 6 months and then I got good skin for rest of my pregnancy. Well this time! I'm 9 week pregnant currently and my face is covered:( little bumps everywhere, I just wanna peel my skin off and clean underneath. Feels like I need a really good deep cleaning lol how come the acne is all over this time?

Maybe this time I'm having a girl and she is taking my beauty away :p that's what my mom said hehe
