Stretch marks at 15

I'm only 15 and I work out 5 times a week for 3 1/2 hours each day thanks to dance. I'm only 104lbs and my height it 5'2. I have so many stretch marks on my inner thighs and below my butt. It's really letting down my self confidence. Is there a way I can get rid of it. Please help😭
