HELP LADIES 😭😭I need ideas for my court wedding we plan on getting married at the court Dec 21st and he said to wear a dress but not a wedding dress ( waiting till we plan an actual wedding ) so I'm confused idk what to wear. Any idea where to start this process?! I would greatly appreciate it!!

This is what I wore for our courthouse wedding (it's actually white - the lightning and editing makes it look cream - and has a lot of lace):

I wanted to still look like a bride without being over the top formal and princessy at the courthouse (I DID have a real ballgown wedding dress too for formal wedding pics later tho)!

Anything you want! Since you're doing a big ceremony later with a traditional dress you can use this opportunity to do something a little funky if you want. Or wear a color you feel really good in. Or wear a cute little white dress. You've got the best of both worlds!

i wore a red formal-ish dress to my official wedding in turkey (in turkey people will usually have a religious ceremony and then the legal wedding takes place in a marriage office). i chose red because its the traditional color they used for marriages there before they imported the white from western countries. Anyway you can get a white dress with some lace, going to just over the knee. you dont want anything too long thats going to trail. stockings are good if youre like me and dont like showing leg. if you cant walk comfortably in heels get some white flats that match the dress as much as possible.
