why is it so hard for family to understand Mental Health.... I have depression, anxiety, boarder line personality disorder, and I also lost my first born to cancer when he was 6years old.... why is it so hard to open up to family about what's going on inside my head... I see a psychiatrist but I feel like I should also talk to my family as well, instead of getting told I'm stupid for being suicidal in the past by my dad.... I don't think he understands how bad that hurts me knowing that he chose to not educate himself on Mental Health.... am I the only one going threw something like this.....
