After having sex with my wife one night I had this really bad lower back and pelvic pain the next day. It was a dull ache in the morning but by the afternoon or was excruciating. I had to leave class and was doubled over in tears in pain. That was a year and a half ago and hasnt happened since. Well we've had a lot of sex the last two days and we just finished up about ten minutes ago and I'm feeling that same pain coming on. It started hurting as soon as I climaxed. It feels close to menstrual cramps but it's kind of worse. It feels like someone is slowly rolling their car back and forth over my pelvic area and lower back. When we have sex its typically rough. But we've had way rougher sex and gone more rounds without it causing me pain. Has this ever happened to anyone else?
