I never know what to do at night when I'm on my period. I'm too scared to leave tampons in over night but I ALWAYS end up ruining my underwear. Usually I stuff a shit ton of toile paper in my underwear and put on spandex and leggings I know gross but I don't know what else to do. Do any of you sleep with a tampon in?

A long pad with wings. If you are still ruining your underwear, look at the pad in the morning, and see where a majority of the blood is going and move the pad more towards there (farther back or front). If you still get blood on your underwear, rinse it with cold water immediately. The higher the pressure, the better. Also, just wear black on your period. Or keep specific underwear for your period

They make big overnight pads ya know. You should not be suffocating your vag with all that crap you do. Period panties for a reason, and put down towels or blankets

Menstrual cup! It's perfectly safe to leave in overnight, and it holds heaps.

Double pads? If it's worth anything you could set an alarm for 4 hours into your sleep to change it. It's better to be annoyed about waking up then face consequences! Also you can google some mechanisms for folding pads to get the best position possible for overnight
