My anxiety says nope.

I'm nervous to go to the Gyno. I've been putting it off and putting it off but it's been a year and I haven't gotten pregnant so I know it's important to get checked out. plus I didn't have a period at all this month. anyone else have this same problem of getting anxious about seeing the doctor?
