In Pain No One Seems To Take Me Serious

So I just left my ob office and she said she isn't sure how this pregnancy is going to go this time around. Im having brown spottin, severe abdominal pain,lower back pain and cramping in both of my legs.. all she sayin is go back to the hospital 😡. Last week she said tht i might have to have a dnc but then found a bby wit a heartbeat and outside the uterus. Im at my ends with this pains n symptoms of a miscarriage and hospitals won't take me seriously they a give me meds n send me home. I also have a cyst tht ruptured and fluid around it i jus need real answers because im nt getting them from a dr obviously 😥😥😥
