Doing it now with CoQ10 and DHEA. Only just started this month so can't really report on if it's successful or not. I'm taking it bc I'm 42, and my hormone levels are pushing into that 'diminished ovarian reserve" area. Not horrible but going to see if this helps. Good luck, I'm curious to see others answers.
