Implantation bleeding or something esle??

so i have irregular periods but I am trying to have a baby, i started to track my periods using glow and I had my first one in months in July it was a normal period and then I had another period in August it was normal and I due to turn on the 14th of this month, however I am experiencing light spotting. Very peachy colour only a little bit then this morning I work up to red blood that went as soon am I put a tampon in and now there's just specks of light blood, also it's there when I wipe but little drops on my pad or pants. could this be implantation or am I just hoping it is.
