some hope for you when I tested when I thought I was pregnant with my son at first (inside the window) it looked negative. my sister said to wait 10 minutes with the cheap test. mild argument broke out and I told her to call me if anything showed up I was going to my boyfriends (now husband) and if I didn't hear from her to just throw it away. needless to say I got a call and a vfl showed up and she called me (outside the window) but I did retest 2  more times that day 1 straight away and 2nd after a 4 hour nap both showed and the next morning my mom brings 2  more tests. so just retest :)
