I guess I'm just looking for some positivity to ease my nerves. I had my Mirena removed July 25 with a short period starting August 6. I just found out I'm pregnant and cannot shake my fear of miscarriage. I've had one miscarriage before so I'm always nervous in the beginning of each pregnancy but this Mirena thing has just amplified my worry.
