Went in this morning for my first ultrasound. I should be 8wk0d today. I was measuring at 6wk0d. They could see a heartbeat flickering but they couldn't get a rate as they think it is too early. My dr told me not to worry that implantation could have been late/could have ovulated later than I thought/could be a slow grower. Said she has seen many normal pregnancies that began this way. I am trying not to worry too much. I go back next Friday for a second ultrasound to see if things are growing. Please send positive thought/prayers my way.

UPDATE 1: I am trying so hard to stay positive! I have been thinking really hard trying to make sense of everything. When I first had bloodwork done 4 weeks ago my hcg levels were far lower than I was expecting them to be according to how far along I thought I was. So if I were to go by that, I probably would only be around 6 weeks. Keeping my fingers crossed and my thoughts upbeat!
