I need help

Ladies I am 3 days late for af and I'm cramping on and off it's not bad though. I don't know if it's pregnancy cramping or af cramping. Just praying it's pregnancy cramping. Did anyone have the same thing happen to them and they ended up being pregnant? Not testing till I'm a week late.
