Wanna join a football/ soccer team but...

Is there any good exercises to do to get ready for sports? I don't think I'm overweight, but I have no muscle, strength or stamina to speak of, I'm not bendy, and I can't do PE or sports

I'm not interested in fad diets, or exercising till ma legs fall off, just some simple but affective exercises, stretches, yoga poses, anything to help me replace ma fat with muscle (Btw, I haven't got access to a gym, so it'll have to be at home)
