Breastfeeding necessities?!

FTM here and planning to breast feed. What are the essentials I need? Best brand of nipple pads? Agh, I feel so clueless!

Coconut oil for nipple cream
Large water bottle
A boppy or something similar 
Snacks 
And a lot of patience lol

Get a little bit of a few different brands to find what you like! I had always heard lanisoh breast pads were the best but I had some kind of reaction to them so I switched to reusable Bamboobies. For nipple cream I like to use the Lanisoh for nursing but Motherlove for lubricating flanges when pumping. I have two Boppy pillows, but I have some friends who swear by the My Breast Friend pillow. I think Target brand storage bags are the best value for durability and ease of use. I got a couple sleeping nursing bras, one sports nursing bra, and one 'nice' underwire nursing bra, but didn't bother with any other specific nursing clothes. I used the two-shirt method for modesty (a stretchy camisole I could pull down underneath a normal shirt I could pull up.
