Cervix Stretched
just had my cervix stretched this morning at an appointment. it hurt, but not too much, it was more of an uncomfortable feeling. I went from 0 to 1cm and am currently 60% effaced. I was wondering if anyone has had their cervix stretched in previous pregnancies and if it helped with progressing labor at all. or if anyone has had it done in this pregnancy.
