Flashes of Drowsiness when standing / walking

for about a week now I have been having these weird bouts of Drowsiness (not dizziness) when standing / walking that only last a few seconds at most... AF is due Friday & we have been TTC for #2 for about 6 months now. Has anyone else ever experienced this prior to a BFP?
