Please no rude comments but are they symptoms ??

I have PCOS so it's normal for me not to get a period . However I hate spending all this money like every month constantly testing because I rarely get a period . Anyways I haven't gotten a period going on 3 months now , me and my boyfriend had a lot of un protected sex. Anyways , today I started having this weird pain in my lower right abdomen and I keep feeling a lot of fluttering in my lower abdomen as well. Sometimes my nipples hurt but not in like a sore way. Like if you pinch them a little it feels uncomfortable . Idk does this sound a little like pregnancy ? Just wanted to see if these are symptoms that anyone else had before I run to the drug store and get ANOTHER pregnancy test because of this damn PCOS! Lol
