How did you tell your husband about baby #2?

I'm interested to hear how you surprised your SO with baby #2 while also looking for ideas when I'm Preggo with our second 😂

I took a test because I thought I might be. Set it on the counter with the intent of checking it in 5 minutes. Got distracted by our one year old and completely forgot about it until my husband found it the next day 😂 he actually told me that we were pregnant with our second.

We weren't expecting to get pregnant on our own, but hopeful that it could happen.  I did one last test before we went on vacation because I didn't want to go through the machines at the airport if I was pregnant. I was so shocked!! I panicked at 4am to figure something out... I would have otherwise had a plan. This is what I came up with. At 4am, but husband was jolted awake and told to "read it!!" His response: "I am... prwaffle?" 😂 So... baby is nicknamed Prwaffle until further notice. 😀

We were actively trying to get pregnant, especially after I miscarried 3 months before conceiving our son. When I was only 2 or 3 weeks along, my husband looked at me one night and said he somehow just knew I was pregnant and that I should take a test. I did the next morning and it was positive, so technically he told me. 🙂

"Hey, baby... remember how we agreed to a vasectomy and tied tubes? We're pregnant!!"

We're super romantic. 😏😏
For our first, he sat in the bathroom with me while I took the test. I wanted us to know at the same time--for us that felt more special. 
For our second, it was even better. I just missed my period that day, and he didn't actually think I was pregnant. Expecting a negative, he stayed downstairs. I came back down about ten minutes later with two positive tests, totally in shock.

We had just decided not to try and have a baby together because he had 3 and I have 1 already to previous marriages. His oldest is severely autistic, the youngest is already 9 and several other practical reasons. 
So 2 weeks later I realized I'd missed my period the month before. I told him, I ran out an bought a test right then. When I saw it, I cried. I mean hysterical sobs and profusely apologized. It was horrible. See his previous wife got pregnant the first month they were together and they got married. Four years later she admitted that she'd gotten pregnant on purpose. I was terrified that he'd think I'd tricked him into another child. It took us a couple of months to work past the negative tone I'd set with my reaction. ☹️ We and the kids are all very excited now though. I just wish I'd handled it differently.
