Help! BBT when abroad!
Hi so I'm in Germany for work the next few days and I still want to take my BBT. I normally take my temps at 6am. Germany is an hour ahead so should I be taking it at 5am German time (so 6 at home) or 6am German time? Considering I will be going to be an hour earlier?! Thoughts?
