Ttc is heartbreaking 😢

As so many of us are probably in the same boat. How can we not suspect the worse when we are trying for a baby. ive been trying for a year or so and nothing. i had some bloods done last week to check my fertility. my doctors rang me today and said my results are back and the doctor would like me to book an appointment to go over my results. I am now thinking of the worst.... when results are fine they never ask you to go in. i feel physically sick..
