HELP I'M GRUMPY

my period is 8 days late.. I've had really bad mood swings yelling at my partner and treating him like rubbish and then crying... this morning I had almost period like pains but that was 4 hours ago and I haven't had any bleeding and feel fine... I don't have any breast tenderness and I took a test last Thursday morning and it was negative... can anyone help 😣
